Thank you for choosing Lowkey Solution for your financial coaching needs. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Lowkey Solution, operated by Justin Lewis.

Coaching Services

Once coaching sessions have been conducted, refunds cannot be issues as time and expertise have been dedicated to your sessions. We cannot guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on your openness to coaching and willingness to implement recommended strategies.

If you are unsatisfied with your coaching experience and are on a payment plan, you may request to discontinue future payments by submitting a cancellation request via email to justin.lewis@lowkeysolution.com. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the session in order to receive a refund. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be honored.

Lapsed Services

If you have purchased coaching services but fail to initiate or complete your sessions within six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received, and no refunds will be issued.
